Series 80 Contacts are crimped to wire with a standard M22520/2-01 crimper. The crimper
requires a special contact positioner, shown below. Terminated contacts may be snapped
into connectors directly, or with the assistance of a special contact insertion tool. For contact
extraction, Glenair offers both plastic and metal tools.

Contact Ordering Information

Series 80 Connectors are supplied with contacts. Spare contacts may be ordered in bulk. These crimp contacts are terminated to wire with a standard mil spec crimp tool and a special positioner. Contacts are installed and removed with special tools.
