Features & Benefits
Standard strain relief provide strain relief required of all connectors that terminate at ends of cables, such as MS3476 and MS3471 style connectors. On panel mount connectors such as MS3470, MS3472, MS3474 they are required in high vibration environments. The 90° option available to divert the cable when space is constrained.
Environmental Protection
These open strain reliefs do not provide any environmental protection (i.e. moisture, dust, water, etc.) and should only be used when the equipment is in a clean and dry environment, or inside a sealed box.
